Our Staff

Michael T. has been the pastor at Aldersgate since  2013 and provides leadership for the whole church.   He is strongly focused on developing personal relationships and guiding individuals into relationship with Jesus Christ. Michael is happily married to his wife, Patty.  They have two daughters.  On a clear, calm morning you might find Michael enjoying his love of flying in a Cesna over the Great Lakes Bay Region.  

Addie is responsible for all Christian education opportunities at Aldersgate from preschool to adults. She organizes our summer Vacation Bible School, puts together Sunday School curriculum, and even teaches Sunday School. She is married to her husband Craig.

Matthew experienced a powerful conversion to Christianity in 2014. Driven by a heart to reach
the lost and disciple the saved, he made the decision to leave his career in the Navy to become a
pastor. Since that time, under the mentorship of Pastor Michael, he has developed in to a
passionate Bible focused preacher and teacher that has been serving in Aldersgate Church since
2020. His lovely wife, Janis, and stepson, Aricin, are the heart of his family, and are blessed
with the gift to make you smile anytime you encounter them!

Aubrey grew up attending Aldersgate before she left to study Elementary Education at Alma College.
After coming back to Midland and teaching in the public schools for a few years, she felt God calling
 her to impact kids' lives in a different way. Now she works at Aldersgate with kids, youth, and their parents,
striving to bring families back to the heart of God. Aubrey and her husband, Jesse,
strive to live this call out in their own life as they raise their beautiful little baby girl.
